Note if the podcast was accessed via an app omit the URL
Example:

Parenthetical citation (citing host without using their name in the text): (Carlin, 2006-present)
Narrative citation (using the host's name in your text): Carlin (2006-present)
Podcast episode
Author's Last Name, Initials. (Host). (date of publication). Title of episode (No. xxx) [Audio podcast episode]. In Title of podcast. Publisher. https://URL
Note that the title of the episode is not in italics but the name of the podcast is.

Audiobook

Note it is not nessesary to indicate when you used an audiobook, versus a book or ebook when the content is the same, only note that it is an audiobook when the content is different, as in an abriged version.
